This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

Listing Assistant

The Listing Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to be a Listing Specialist, and ultimately the Lead Listing Specialist. The Listing Assistant is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people.
This individual may be assigned various listing duties, such as converting appointments to agreements and launching marketing action plans for listings, until he/she has proven he/she has the skills and leadership to prospect for leads, close for appointments, provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging, and negotiate contracts for listings on their own. The Listing Assistant will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals.

Productivity Coach

The Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relishes seeing others achieve.

The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader as part of the Market Center's leadership team. He/She is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the Team Leaders's direction and initiative. Together, the Productivity Coach and Team Leader work to increase the productivity of noncapping associates to capper level. They collaborate in finding candidates for coaching. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement consequences. Additionally, Productivity Coaches work closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and the Market Center's training calendar.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learnings as the foundation of their action plan and have a MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieve their results.

Technology Specialist

Technology can be difficult for many people, and having a Technology Coordinator that gets along with Realtors and your staff will make it much easier for everyone. They should be able to build relationships with people in the office and be part of the team.

The Technology Coordinator plays a supporting role in the office and should achieve success by helping and empowering other people.

They must have a solid base in technology and have training and/or extensive prior experience with computer networks, phone systems, software, and office technology. If they don't impress you with what they know how to do, they probably aren't good enough.

A good technology person will manage detail well and take care of problems before they occur by dotting their I's and cross their T's. They should also be able to plan their activities and follow through.

The Technology Coordinator must know how to get the job done and stay on track. Since they will most likely be working on projects while handling requests for support and assistance, they will need to be task focused in order to complete their work.

They will have access to sensitive files and information about associates, customers, and finances. You will need to be able to trust them with that information. 

They will be the person that figures out how to fix things or resolve problems with systems in the office and must be a problem solver with good abstract-reasoning skills.

Showing Assistant

The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader whiting the team. 

After the lead agent performs a needs analysis, that individual will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria, and he/she will drive buyer clients to those homes. As clients explore homes, the Showing Assistant will work with clients to confirm or refine their criteria and will show additional homes as needed. The Showing Assistant will close buyers to contract offers, then pass the baton back to the lead agent.

A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to around 3-4 buyers a month, while he/she earns bonuses based on the 25 percent of each deal. 

The Showing Assistant will have a real estate license in order to meet the MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, he/she will be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Lead Buyer Specialist. Showing Assistants are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of successes and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.
